Once your Snickerly order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information may be provided by email where tracking is available.

How Order Tracking Works

1. Place Your Order

Complete your purchase through snickerly.shop and you'll receive an order confirmation with your order details.

2. Order Processing

We prepare your order for dispatch and arrange shipment to your UK delivery address.

3. Your Order Ships

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive shipping information and tracking details where tracking is available.

4. Track Your Delivery

Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation to follow your package through the carrier's tracking system.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Your tracking information will generally be provided by email after your order has been dispatched.

If you cannot find your shipping confirmation:

  • Check your inbox.

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Search for emails from Snickerly.

  • Make sure you are checking the email address used when placing your order.

When Will My Tracking Update?

Tracking information may not appear immediately after an order is dispatched.

It can take some time for the carrier to scan the package and update its tracking system.

If your tracking number shows no movement immediately, please allow some time for the first carrier scan.

Delivery Time

Our standard UK delivery timeframe is:

3–5 business days

This is an estimated delivery timeframe after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Occasional delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us.

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The email address used for your order

  • Your tracking number, if available

We'll review the shipment and help you determine the next steps.

My Tracking Says Delivered, But I Haven't Received It

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:

  • Your front door or usual delivery location

  • Any safe place specified for deliveries

  • Your mailbox or building reception

  • Nearby areas where the carrier may have left the package

  • With household members or neighbours

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us with your order and tracking information so we can assist.
